Is there any good book which gives a detailed account of the 'blood & related Physiology '???kindly reply.....

actually,most of the "Haematology'-books available in the market is mainly dealing with the "pathological & clinical"aspects of the blood & related disorders......

You are right. Best and Taylor is a good book for blood. Also De Gruchy's clinical haematology. In addition you may have to read other Physiology text books as no single book gives all the information.
